Salvaged Hardwoods items are all crafted by hand, and as such, may be subject to availability.  Some items will not be shippable, and will be clearly stated in the description. When you purchase an item, you will receive a shipping or pickup notification regarding your item. Due to the nature of our handmade products, Salvaged Hardwoods does not offer returns for exchanges at this time. 

If there are any issues with damaged/defective items, please contact us on our CONTACT page within 7 days after receiving the item so we can help submit a claim with the carrier and remedy the problem.  

However, if a return or exchange is granted, orders can be sent to the return address on the package. The item must be mailed within 7 days of approval with proof of shipment provided to salvagedhardwoods@gmail.com. Return shipping is the responsibly of the customer.


International shipping rates vary by country. All international customers may be subject to duty and taxes upon receipt of their orders. This cost is the responsibility of the customer.
